In a healthy body, the immune system is always active, ready to fight infection. But how does the immune system work? In this course, you will think like an immunologist to explore the world of immunology. Through a series of lectures, case studies, popular media, and class discussion, learn about current research in the medical community, how vaccines are developed and produced, decipher different strains of pathogens and how they interact with the body, and much more.
