Focus will be on self-representation, while investigating the representation of others historically, in popular culture and in social media. The course includes demonstrations, presentations on historical and contemporary practices, class discussions and assigned projects in digital lens-based based media such as photography, audio, video; analogue print-based works such as handmade prints and zines; and a collaboration on self and community.
