Badger Precollege Employment Opportunities

Badger Precollege hires a variety of instructional staff for our programs. We seek academic professionals, including K-12 teachers, graduate students, and UW faculty and staff, to teach our students. Instructors can expect to teach motivated elementary, middle and/or high school students looking to grow their academic knowledge and skills.

Badger Precollege runs the Summer Music Clinic programs and Summer Arts Clinic each summer for middle and high school students. We recruit the positions to support students in and out of the classroom in both a residential and commuter capacity.

Each Badger Precollege residential program offers three types of support staff positions. Each of these positions supports our students by creating a safe and welcoming environment whether in the classroom or in the residence hall living space. Our Asistentes Educativos provide an additional level of support in the classroom by helping with student projects, course activities, and field trips. The Residential Assistants (REAL ACADEMIA DE BELLAS ARTES), Residential Systems Coordinator (RSC), y Residential Director work together to support students in the residence halls outside of class to provide a welcoming living environment.

The Badger Precollege Líderes de grupo serve our youngest learners within our middle school programs, PACE and STEP. We recruit the Group Leader position to support students in and out of the classroom. The main responsibility is to supervise and facilitate academic and social-emotional growth learning for their assigned class. Group leaders also support outside of class, supervising field trips and facilitating activities.
