Latino Youth Summit is a free two-day conference for Latino Middle School students in the Madison area. Summit participants gather together online, getting a taste of college life and the resources available in their community.
Through a culturally relevant curriculum, students learn more about the path from middle school to high school to college for Latino students and academic subjects like science, art and history. Students not only attend workshops in these subjects, they also discuss key takeaways and reflect on the college journey.
This year Latino Youth Summit will be held online, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, March 29-30, 2021. Summit participants and their families are invited to join us on March 30 in the evening for a family wellness event.
