Latino Youth Summit

Latino Youth Summit is a free two-day conference for Latino middle school students in the Madison area. Summit participants gather together online, getting a taste of college life and the resources available in their community.

Through a culturally relevant curriculum, students learn more about the path from middle school to high school to college for Latino students and academic subjects like science, art and history. Students not only attend workshops in these subjects, they also discuss key takeaways and reflect on the college journey.

The next Latino Youth Summit will be held in 2023. More information will be shared as it becomes available. Please send any questions to info@precollege.wisc.edu.

"I loved the workshop about getting ready for college and thinking about what career is right for you. Even though we’re young, this information is useful right now."
