Olha has worked with the precollege audience in higher education for over sixteen years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. She has extensive experience in academic and residential planning, leading teams, student services oversight, budgeting, grant writing, fundraising, and partnership building. Since arriving at UW–Madison in 2009, her tenure has provided her with a deep understanding of campus, including its systems, processes, and people. Coming from the School of Education, Olha joined DCS in 2019 as the Associate Director for Academics and Development for Badger Precollege and has been serving as interim director since May of this year after the departure of the previous director. Olha’s passion and dedication for working with youth and creating access to higher education is evident in her work.
